To contribute to the growth of medium to larger European companies by increasing their presence globally by making use of my 25 years of experience in doing business and leading organisations globally.
My preference is as a board member but it can also be as a consultant for global projects or as a coach to management investing or being involved in internationalisation.
Target clients : Customer with a growth focus in business-to-business within various industries IT, Telecom, Industrial and Healthcare.

All my life I have been exposed to different cultures growing up with grandparents of four different origins.

I was born in Sweden but have lived more outside than inside Sweden.

I speak 5 different languages fluently and I’m studying to learn a new one.


Since the start of my business career 25 years ago (1991) I have been working in international business first as an export consultant at a leading scandinavian advisory company and for the last 20 years at Axis Communications AB where I’m Vice President Global Sales and part of the management team since 2002.

I have been part of building a global company and sales organization in all continents around the world with local presence in 52 countries and partnerships in 180 countries.

Today I manage a global organization with 1 000 people representing more than 60 nationalities.

I’m also part of the board of TOMRA and the Swedish Chamber of commerce in France.


I strongly believe that the combination of many years of experience and an outside perspective can make decisions and strategic directions clearer and easier to take. A possibility to exchange makes it easier to look at a challenge from a helicopter view.

I have learnt that it is seldom a coincidence when business and partnerships are doing well. I have experienced the strong correlation between good leadership, motivated employees and happy customers. I have seen repeatedly that in the end business is done between people that trust each other.

I know the importance of building scalability if you want to be a successful global company and that sales is about leadership and about following a model and global processes. If you are consistent and transparent you create the trust.

I believe when you are passionate about something you can achieve a lot. As Albert Schweitzer said “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful”.

Do you recognize; It was so obvious once we had taken the decision. We should have done this long before. We did not dare to take the step it seemed to ambitious.

Very often to be able to have a discussion, to present a solution, to exchange ideas with someone who has done it many times before makes a decision-making process much easier and the way forward becomes obvious.


My assistance or advisory are in different forms of internationalization projects whether it is related to building go to market plans, sales management, leadership questions or cultural topics.

I can also help with market analysis or company evaluations, that can be used for bigger investments, acquisition strategies or changes in a company’s goal and direction.

This can be done as consultant, as a mentor or as a board member. The form can be adapted depending on the project or mission and can be connected to the result.
